Alderton Market Stall Saturday 5 December

Dear All

Now that restrictions have eased a little bit, we will be holding another of our little market stalls at the top of Church Lane, Alderton, to try and raise money for the tomb chest for our wooden effigy.

There will be lots of lovely goodies for sale – cakes, biscuits, meringues, jams, pickles, Christmas items, face masks, Christmas headbands (see attached photos) and various items of bric a brac, games etc. All of our previous sales have been a real joy and it's been great to see people. Everybody has been incredibly generous and we are very grateful. Each sale marks another step along the way to finally putting our knight onto a tomb chest; it's been a long journey, but very worthwhile.

If the weather is unkind to us, we will set the stall up in the church porch. If you do come along, please wear a mask and keep suitably distanced. There is enough room in either location for people to distance if more than 6 people are gathered.

10:30am until 12:30pm

We look forward to seeing you and being able to wish you a happy Christmas.

Margaret and Linda
